What to Know About Cancelled Listings

Cancelling listings:

• The listing contract must be cancelled by the broker before the listing can be cancelled in the MLS.
• Broker permissions or higher are required to cancel a listing within Add/Edit.

Re-listing cancelled listings:

• The broker must obtain a new listing contract to re-list a cancelled property as a new listing.
• A cancelled listing may be re-listed in an Active status immediately.
• A cancelled listing may not be re-listed in Coming Soon status within 90 days of its cancellation from the MLS. However, the 90-day Coming Soon restriction does not apply if the property is listed with a new brokerage or has new property owners.
